Sheetz Nutrition Calculator 2026

Planning a Sheetz run and keeping an eye on calories? This free nutrition calculator lets you build your meal item by item and see the calorie total instantly. Browse all eight menu categories, search for your favorites, set your own daily calorie goal, and watch the progress bar as you add food and drinks. No sign-up, no app download — it runs right in your browser.

How to Use the Calculator

  1. Pick a category tab — Breakfast, Burgers, Sides, Salads, Coffee, Smoothies, Milkshakes or Frozen Drinks — or use the search box to find any item by name across the whole menu.
  2. Tap “Add +” on each item you plan to order. Tap it again to add another serving of the same item.
  3. Adjust your meal in the summary panel: use the + and − steppers to change quantities, or × to remove an item entirely.
  4. Set your daily calorie goal (the default is 2,000) and watch the progress bar fill as your total grows. It turns red once you pass 100% of your goal.
  5. Reset to start a fresh meal plan, or Print to get a paper copy of your order and totals.

Highest-Calorie Traps

These menu giants can quietly wreck a day’s calorie budget — most are shareable bundles, so plan accordingly:

Burger Dog Bonanza — 3,306 cal. A party-sized bundle built for sharing; ordering it solo can blow through two days of calories in one sitting.
Hot Doggie Delight — 3,144 cal. Another feast-sized platter — split it with friends instead of tackling it alone.
Shake It Up — 2,457 cal. A bulk bundle meant for a group, not a single meal.
Bucket Feast — 2,360 cal. Priced and portioned for several people — great for a crowd, dangerous as a personal order.
Wisconsin Cheese Bites — 2,032 cal. Cheese-loaded and shareable; the calories climb fast once you start popping them.
Taquitoz-15 — 2,025 cal. Fifteen taquitos add up quickly — the 3- or 5-count keeps things far more reasonable.
Caramel Fudge Brownie Blast — 1,989 cal. A dessert shake packing nearly a full day’s calories into one cup.
Chicken Shnuggetz-40 — 1,915 cal. Forty nuggets is a party tray; the 4- or 8-count is the sensible pick.

Smart Tips for a Lighter Sheetz Meal

  • Start from the salad menu. The Made To Order Salad lists just 22 calories before toppings, so you stay in control of everything that goes on top.
  • Choose grilled over crispy. Compare Grilled Chicken Salad (71 cal) with Crispy Chicken Salad (298 cal) — the cooking method alone makes a huge difference.
  • Watch the drinks. A milkshake can out-calorie your entire meal. A cold brew (14 cal) or an Americano (10 cal) keeps the caffeine without the cost.
  • Share the big bundles. Platters and multi-count boxes are portioned for groups — splitting them is the easiest calorie cut you can make.
  • Size down the counts. Nuggets, taquitos and corn dog bites come in several sizes, and the gap between the 4-count and the 40-count is enormous.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the calculator include drinks?Yes — coffee, smoothies, milkshakes and frozen drinks are all in the item list with their listed calorie values. Add them to your meal exactly like food items.
How accurate are the calorie numbers? They are the per-item values listed for each menu item. Real prepared items can vary a little, so treat the totals as close estimates rather than lab measurements.
Can I track protein, sodium or sugar here? Not in this version — the calculator tracks calories only. For full macros or allergen information, check the restaurant’s official nutrition information.
What does “—” mean next to an item’s calories? It means no calorie value is listed for that item (currently Self-Serve Coffee). It still adds to your price total but counts as 0 in the calorie total.
Is my meal saved anywhere? No. Everything runs in your browser and disappears when you close or refresh the page. Use the Print button if you want to keep a copy.
